I would have to give -100 to the Canberra Toyota dealerships, I spent 1600 in Toyota Canberra dealerships including Philip, Belconnen and Fyshwick to dealing with the smell issue and it does not help at all. The worst service I have got, it’s no use to complain to the dealer shop, and it’s even no use to complain to national service Centre at all, the stuff at national service center are even worse! Their mechanics in all dealerships in Canberra are all low skilled and need to be sent to school to study again! They cannot identity the issues with my car. And also refuse to confess their own fault.Going to take legal actions for the further steps!!! ALL EVIDENCE KEPT AT MY END!Never advise your Toyota sent to Canberra dealership to do any repairs or maintenance, it’s totally scam! A LARGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND MEETING BUCHES OF IGNORANT AND IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE

Fantastic customer service

Its my first Toyota that I have owned and went in for its first service. The staff were friendly and happy to help , my vehicle had its first 1000km service and inspection , I will be using the Toyota Dealer in Belconnen for future servicing and hopefully I will have trouble free motoring .
