Great people to deal with in the purchase of red foot hydraulic jacks for my Silverline. I’ve had a minor problem and have now experienced the after sales service. Andrew and Danny provided excellent advice, forwarded the replacement part promptly and were able to assist the auto electrician with the repair.All in all an excellent firm to deal with.

We looked at many weight distribution systems for our trailer camper and decided the Fastway E2 trunnion was best. We decided to buy one from Titan RV as they are the importer and reviews were excellent. We also bought a Black Jack trailer jack from them.The trailer jack order was quickly confirmed as despatched and arrived within 5 days which was impressive given its bulk and weight.The E2 was held up as their new supplies were delayed - understandable these days. After a few phone calls, although their incoming delivery was imminent, they kindly offered to send the demo version from their shop - this also arrived within 5 days and was as new. This was much appreciated as we are heading away on a long trip shortly and needed it to arrive quickly to allow time to fit and test.All items were well packed. Both products are very well engineered and high quality.I rarely write these reviews but reckon you deserve a public thank you for your help. Thank you!

Danny assisted us with the Flash Hot Hitch purchase. He had an excellent knowledge of the product and a full understanding with what we required. The Flash Hitch was purchased for work and exceeds at this. The other side of the coin is the incredible amount of attraction that it creates everywhere we go. It is an absolute magnet and increases its fan base after we show people the easy adaption with ball changing and the excellent safety mechanism. We cannot speak highly enough about Titan RV and Danny, while further accolades go to this amazing product and the super attractive finish it puts on the back of your Pick Up.
