I’ve made several purchases from Mirror Mirror and their clothing is gorgeous! Great quality & true to size (mostly- I’ve had to return a couple of items that have been too small). Any time I’ve emailed for support the customer service has been super friendly & helpful! The Clay Aerin Trench is an absolute favourite- it’s stunning! I get compliments about it all the time. I had to take up the pants from the Toronto set and the La Paz set (pants pictured) as they’re SUPER long (had to have them taken up by about 4 inches!) but they’re gorgeous pants! Super comfortable and flattering.

Brought a dress that I loved but was too big. Return process was super easy & smooth. Constantly stalking the new arrivals because they always have the best stuff!

I have loved all of my experiences with mirror mirror boutique. They’re always so kind to my replies on Instagram stories and I think their customer service is fantastic.I’ve purchased a few things, more recently 3 dresses which I loved. Beautiful material, beautiful prints and just super comfy when I’m wearing them.I love their selection of clothing as I feel it’s really distinctive in comparison to other stores.Super happy customer and excited to buy more x

I didn’t get to purchase a dress I really wanted from this store because of their returns policy.I requested the under-bust measurement via email and direct message and was told via email it wasn’t possible. The correspondence via instagram was great until I asked for measurements.This one measurement was necessary because they do not allow returns only store credit. I can’t afford for $100+ to be tied up when the store doesn’t stock many items at all in a size 16.

I love this companies choice of clothes, whether it is staple pieces or a stand out piece to liven up your wardrobe.I’ve bought a few items from Mirror Mirror Boutique and have found they are great quality. They also send their products out so quickly. A massive fan and I highly recommend.

Would give 0 if it was possible. Mirror Mirror Boutique you need to pick up your game with customer online shopping experience. No other online store gives such a terrible returns or exchange experience to their customers.. especially when the clothing item looks (and fits) nothing like the photo on the website. Customers should be entitled to refunds and exchanges without being subjected to unanswered emails and being told to upload photos of the item who has time for that!Not good enough..

Have shopped at this beautiful boutique for years! The most gorgeous outfits, highest quality, with so much variety to choose from. All the girls are such a delight to deal with and your goodies are delivered in next to no time!! 5 stars everytime X

I recently purchased trench coat from this brand and was eager to try it on. However, I was disappointed to find that the arms were too short for my normal-sized arms, even though I've never had this issue before with other brands. I decided to return the coat for a refund, but unfortunately, I had a less-than-ideal experience with their customer service.I must admit that the prices are quite high, and the quality of the clothing did not meet my expectations.In conclusion, I would recommend that potential customers carefully review the brand's policies before making a purchase, and also pay close attention to the sizing chart to ensure the best fit possible.You can clearly tell n the model picture arms a short!
