Know someone who used to work there. They said, none of the people handling food would wash their hands.And every time I did order from there I would always get a long hair in the cake. Yuckkkk. Would never order from there again.

Always pretty average but good for convenience.We just got the new chocolate lava cake. The cake was delicious, however there was a Kit Kat on top….. this cake was purchased specifically as the recipient loves Kinders Beunos and Ferreros.Advertised as ‘A chocolate mudcake filled with an oozing choc hazelnut lava. Coated in chocolate mousse and finished with a range of Ferrero® favourites including Kinder® bueno and Ferrero Rocher®. ‘So a bit strange and disappointing. Our mother collected it so she didn’t know what it was supposed to look like.

We ordered a customised cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday it was an under the sea" theme. I took in a inspo photo and they have absolutely nailed it. We were very happy with the cake we received. Reasonably priced and tasted great.Can recommend highly for customised cakes."

The serving lady in white hair cover was extremely rude and completely ignored me who was next in line while I was at the counter to serve a customer who came after me. And just completely ignored me after that and didn’t even look my way. Then another serving lady came out and asked if I was being served. I had to say no.

I ordered a custom Peppa Pig cake for my daughter's 2nd B'day the presentation was beautiful I couldn't have asked it to look any better, however the cake it self was dry and not very nice, I won't be returning g for another one due to the taste I think I'll try the morley store.
