Friendly and helpful staff, great product range and clean and tidy store!!

Don’t use their online store. I tried to buy a set of brake rotors and they totally stuffed me around. The “required per vehicle” amount was wrong, description of item was wrong then waited two weeks for them to tell me they can’t get the part. Total waste of time and effort.

This store has always been easy to deal with and staff have known what i needed.

Great service, had and issue with my car, they did a check and found was my battery. So purchased a new battery and thanks to Glen for putting in for me, didn't have to waiting long and overall pleased with the service. Thanks quys and Glen especially.

Idk why they selling paint if they don’t like to make it also the service is very bad and the manager of the shop very rude

The worst SCA in Australia! Avoid at all costs.1. Staff are always rude2. Always low on stock3. No respect toward me or my 3 year old son, in fact a staff member tried to tune me up for coming to pick up my click and collect “early”.I made a click and collect at 1.20 pm yesterday afternoon for 5 or 6 items . I realised I hadn’t updated my phone number so after 2 hours I’ll headed over there to see if it was ready. Anyway, I make my way to the counter and ask if it’s ready the girl behind the counter can’t find my order so a younger bloke comes up to help. He has a little bit of attitude asking when the order was placed. Then he realised it was over 2 hours ago and said I’ll get onto it now. So I say oh no worries I’ll hang around and wait . So after about 20 mins of waiting around I approached the counter again .” Hi is my order ready yet”. Oh no sorry they haven’t picked it yet. So I’m obviously not impressed I asked to pay for my sons jelly beans and proceed to stand off to the side to wait for my order again. Then that’s when a lady asks me if I had been called that my order was ready. I said no. In the most disrespectful way she looks and me and says “that’s why your order isn’t ready”. You can’t say they were understaffed because that wasn’t an issue it’s just pure laziness . Oh and 1 of my items wasn’t there surprise surprise. Thanks to the lovely lady that helped in the end. To they lady took it upon her self to talk at me like I’m clueless, I hope Santa doesn’t give you any Xmas presents this year .

Store ordered me the wrong part to begin with. Then refused to refund the incorrectly ordered part, and charged me for a product that I didn’t need in the first place. Saying that it was a special order and there were too many steps for a refund. Even though I had a receipt. I went to another supercheap and they refunded me the part straight away without any difficulties. This stores policies may need updates regarding returns and refunds. Very unsatisfactory service and advice from this store.

I would like to thank the staff at this venue to be amazing especially skye whom fixed the issue with the battery for my daughter she done a great job and i think she should be prompted or even be nominated as the employer of the month....she was cool calm and collective and very professional within her role big pat on the back for skye excellent customer service skills alot of patients thanks again amazing effort

Went into the store today to purchase paint.The lady was not helpful at all.Gave her a paint code which she told me was wrong.Staff were not approachable.Went straight to Autobarn with the same paint code and purchased the paint I neededDefinitely won’t be returning!

Disgusting service. Need to rotate their staff at this store. I recommend if you HAVE to go to Supercheap, go to Browns Plains. These dbags aren't worth your time.
