My wife and I would like to say a big thank you to Nathan, Adam & Ashley for the great service they recently provided us.Nathan spent alot of time with us and gave us good information which led us to purchase all our Nero fittings for a recent bathroom, toilet & laundry renovation. They kept us informed as to when our products were going to be delivered and called on the morning of delivery to say they were making there way over. To top it all off Nathan gave us a wonderful discount on all the fittings. Excellent service! My old toilet unit was having an overfilling issue. I was ready to change the entire toilet unit. So I went to their show room to have a look at their products. After telling the sales consultant my story, he explored alternative solutions with me. I ended up buying a $30 part to fix the water box. He offered clear explanation regarding how to install the product. Problem solved. They have a great range of products in their show room. I will definitely come back to them when I upgrade my bathrooms. Awesome customer service.
