Beautiful Sliding Door Repairs

Finally our sliding door is repaired - Thankfully I saw their ad in the local paper and yes they are as fantastic as their reviews. Great and courteous service. Excellent communication from the office, job was done quick and efficient and was left completely cleaned up. Can only recommend this company.

Couldn't be happier. They fitted me in within a day of first contact. I was given an up front price over the phone which was great. As agreed, I received a text message 20 minutes prior to the technician's arrival (which was within 30 minutes of estimated time). The technician was professional, efficient and friendly. He not only had the door gliding better than new but also tightened the handle / lock mechanism. He cleaned the scene and was gone within a hour. Very happy.

I sometimes give 5 stars, but excellent service, easy to talk to repairer, on time and cleaned up. Whilst the rollers needed to be replaced there was a lot of wear in several different areas of the sliding door to the balcony. Cleaned tracks, doors, repaired guides and advised on some regular maintenance for ongoing trouble free use of this old door. I would not hesitate in getting them back for any work. I can now close the door with one finger, awesome!

I cannot believe my sliding doors actually SLIDE open now thanks to BSDR. For 10 years I have been wrestling with them and now it's literally a fingertip push to expand and contract the door system. Customer service was excellent. - Punctual, polite and professional from all parties - support person and tradespeople. This company is highly recommended by me.

These guys are AMAZING!! They successfully repaired my wardrobe door. The wheels on my sliding wardrobe door were completely broken. The door was unable to be removed from the tracks due to no clearance to lift it out. 4 other tradies had told me it couldn't be fixed, meaning demolition to remove the door and installation of a new wardrobe. Andrew and his team found a solution to neatly remove the door and replace the wheels. They were clever, fast, and very tidy. THANK YOU!!

Anton and his team did a great job on what was quite a problematic repair involving double high, double glazed sliding doors. The door ended up better than original with longer and better rollers. He was great at problem solving and really knew his stuff. The four man team required to lift and remove the doors wereextremely considerate and well mannered, needless to say, no more hernias trying to open the doors.Thanks to you and your colleagues Anton.
