Ordered a double quarter pounder around 7.30 PM, 2/6/23 and was appalled. It was a double cheeseburger that had been slapped up quickly. Staff need to know the difference between a quarter pounder pattie and the standard Pattie’s used for their burgers. Returned and asked for the burger I ordered. No apologies when I was given a new burger and this one came with a burger bun that was soaked in grease. We were the only customers in the restaurant. Disgusting, Belmont! Staff do not engage with Customers and on a previous occasion, staff were fooling around, with one another and not working at all. I pop in here when just wanting a quick bite but, after last nights horrible experience, will just travel a little further and stop at Waurn Ponds McDonalds where the service and burgers are of a higher standard.

Went through drive thru this afternoon. Service was super fast. The crew member at the ordering window was lovely and so was the crew member handing over my order. My order was to perfection! Thank you for your professional, respectful and happy customer service. It was obvious it was great team work from start to finish!

Just came through drive through about 15mins ago. Service was excellent, the gentleman at the pay window was polite, friendly and had wonderful banter as he confirmed our order. The gentleman at the pick up window had an amazing sense of humour dropping off each item reeling off a season greeting with each one happy birthday" and "merry christmas" were my favourites. Food was also good but it's times like these I'm reminded the kids are gonna be alright."

In a very quiet time of day, being 9:00pm, I was expecting better quality food. Burger was cold, and coke was warm. Pickles were chucked inside the buns carelessly (see photos). Having seen that I was pleased to find the patty was not burnt.

Came to Maccas at Belmont tried to order my food at 10 pm was treated with very very very bad customer service was disrespectful and was told I can wait 30 minutes till I talk to them after a while she decides to talk to me and was very rude and then 30 minutes later till I’m getting my food I thought it was fast food the staff name is (APPE) that’s what a staff member told me FOOD WAS ALSO COLD AND FELT LIKE THEY SPIT IN IT SO I DIDNT EAT IT (DONT COME HERE) I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I ended up telling them no to make my coffee because the machine was beyond dirty and jugs not washed.This was the images we did get we binned the food as it was cold and if I had seen how dirty it was we would never had ordered

I order big mac meal, and i choose salad and ice coffee feappe, they not give me balsami dressing and cutlet and the ice coffee frappe is just 2/3 cup, macdonlads geelong (CBD), is a full cup. This is really no pro staff and quality no control good. Waste my money to get this set meal.

Terrible service. Asked for 4 hit fudge sundae with caramel as well. 4 delivered with no hot fudge, then she just dumped a little hot fudge on top of already melting sundaes. 2 of the 4 had caramel all over the outside of the cup. We will never be back to this store. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The older I get the more i dislike Macca's. The self service ordering is a pain and I always have food regret after a meal. However I do love it when the fies are perfect.The large capacinno was inoffensive but not outstanding and given the price of a large meal now it's worth looking at other options.

Nice location right beside the shopping centre. The store was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and the environment seemed like a nice one to work in, use the app for deals and discounts!!
