Got a battery from them and my gun fired 3 time then the battery started smoking. Battery died and the gun battery connection needs replacing as it melted from the battery. Not happy

Had fun with the $20, 300 round session that they offer at their range.Their blasters are pretty well priced but unfortunately couldn't purchase any as I'm not from QLD.Staff was super nice and friendly.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, Purchased in store on the Monday only to find on the Tuesday when we arrived home a part was missing. Called for assistance and was told I would need to find part myself. When trying to follow up to see where I could find the part, there was NO help at all. While the in store experience was good, there is ZERO after sales service. Communication is not followed up. It would appear that it's about the sale and not having a premium product.EDITED - as the owner has asked who I spoke with, but I was unable to reply . Max was the contact I first had regarding the issue, not sure who the other person was.

Stopped in quickly the other week for a couple of Co2 caplets and a couple little spares. What a great store right in the heart of surfers.Staff knew their blasters and parts and where able to help me really quickly. I will be back as need more parts and blasters

The store manager was so helpful, had an issue with a ozblaster hand gun. He pulled it apart so quick great show. Fixed it and I was very pleased with there service.

My son bought an item. He has a disability which means be sometimes makes impulsive decisions. He tried to return it less than 24hours later and was refused and was told this was because they don’t allow things to be returned or refunded other than if the item doesn’t work. No flexibility given the circumstances. Fair enough if it is after a certain amount of time, but blanket no return without any discussion or negotiation is really unfair.

Bought a gel blaster and gel billets online from their website almost 25 days ago. No email about shipping. No tracking number provided. I couldn’t even tell you how many emails I’ve sent off to the email on their website. Atleast 15. No reply.I’ve contacted every single one of their social media pages to no reply back. I’ve called all their stores. Nobody could help me with an online order or even point me in the right direction for assistance. It was quite abit of money and I’m really worried now and it’s been almost a month. I’m really disappointed and there’s next to no customer service for online orders.
