I awarded the landscaping contract to Elias in total over $100K. The quoting process has gone back and forth quite a few times but eventually we got there. I will share my experience here as the job goes. I will keep the 5 stars for now but will review when the job is all finished.The job started on 10th Feb 2021. Elias and his excavator contractor started off the job with good quality and they have attention to details which I do appreciate.12th Feb, another contractor on site to do the front fence foundation trench.18th Feb, more excavation at the back and drill holes for retaining walls.22th Feb, brick layers started on site for planter boxes at the back and front fence wall.3rd Mar, concreting at the back for a basketball court and stairs.4th Mar, brick layer back on site. Did a small piece of work but left a minor damage on my front custom made entrance door.14th-17th Mar, concrete contractors back to cut the stairs as a few of them bowed.16th Mar, variation priced for additional work to replace crossover. Price come back too high will go with someone else.There are a couple of variations in discussion which we have some disagreement with. I would be lying if I was to say I am happy how it was handled but I guess we had to agree to our disagrees.To be continued...

Called Lush Landscaping to clear and makeover a larger than normal backyard with tennis court and undulating terrain.Boss Elias came promptly to see what was required and just as promptly gave me a reasonable quote. He also very promptly arrived with his crew to commence work on agreed date. There were no broken appointments and lagging.Elias and his crew were very amicable people to work with. Credit must go to Elias who was on the job with his workers and led them to not to only to give of their best but to do so happily.Mention must be made of Tom; an ‘ old school’ gentleman with not so common work ethics, values and expert know how who very efficiently supported the crew in all aspects of landscaping. Thank you all. It was a pleasure.It was a fairly large project which took a week to finish. Fences had to be removed and installed, retaining wall had to repaired and renewed, steps had to be built and gravelled, driveway had to be gravelled, walls and steps had to be painted, large areas had to be mulched, garden beds had to be built and planted.... the list goes on. The very noteworthy aspect of Elias is his organisation of work and materials. He arrived with his crew everyday with the equipment ,tools and materials to get the job done. And he got the job done and all always with a smile!I was so pleased with the results that I commissioned Lush Landscaping to do more on my property. And that was done too. I was so pleased that I have already recommended Lush Landscaping to a friend who needs ramp and pathways to be built.One may wonder why I have taken the time to write in such detail. I do so because I have met tradies who you really don’t want to deal with and friends who have had similar work to be done and they faced nightmares. What I expected to be a very daunting process for me personally was turned into a positive experience by Lush Landscaping. So it is only right that share this with those of you who may need positive and reliable landscapers to hire.

I would highly recommend Elias to do the landscaping of your house. He is very responsive and responsible. I am using lush lenscaping to do my boundary fence, concrete apron and driveway, retaining wall, pavers, bluestone pavement, brick fence, syntethic turf, buffalo turf and garden bed. Overall i am satisfied with the final outcome and the cost is reasonable. I may use his service again for my decking and shed in the future
