Customers please be informed to be careful in this store. The employees had falsely accused us of opening the boxes and purposefully touching the strawberries. The guy yelled it too with so much conviction we were shocked at the false accusation so we yelled loudly, just like the employee, that we didn't and that 1 of the strawberry boxes lid popped up when we put it down, so we were only closing it to help them. Because many of the strawberries are rotten in this store its always important to check from under the box if the strawberries are rotten, so of course we only did that, we know better than to physically touch strawberries during covid. We tried to speak to the manager to tell the employee off because its dangerous to falsely accuse people like that, especially because another employee tried to gang up on us with the other employee and we told her to check the cameras and she backed off really demonstrating how terrible customer service and products are in this store. Also the manager simply did not care about the incident after we told him.We as a family hope to see improvement in the future from this store and the type of people they employ here as professionalism from the employees was severly lacking.Your store has lost regular customers today, please be better.

Spacious, nicely lit, and had quite a bit of the items I needed -- meats, veggies, mineral water, bread and (the one I am in love with) choc chip Panettone.It is cold when you first go in since the first aisle near opening are meats and cheeses.Haven't been here when the special buys first come in. Wonder if people come in droves!!Overall, I enjoyed this Aldi store.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The store usually has what l go on for and you don't have to wait too long to get served and out.

In respect to the review from SB i was in the store at this time and witnessed the alleged staff bullying. Firsty I went back 3 times to try to get strawberries while S B and a couple of her other family members were inspecting strawberries" firstly they were there for atleast 10 minutes inspecting every packet of strawberries and opening each one! 2ndly the staff member kindly asked them to stop

Always a great place to shop

One of the largest Aldi stores in Melbourne. Typical layout but more of everything so presumably less likely to run out. They had a substantial section of prior special items, some from a month or so ago, so great if you missed out on something from a smaller store, they may still have it here. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Excellent selection of products and food

There are some great products at ALDI but the shopping experience is far from great. They don't let you use a trolley unless you put a coin in, they don't provide shopping baskets for customers and they charge extra if you tap and pay with a phone or card instead of inserting a card... Room for improvement

Affordable prices on everything especially cat food
