Very friendly and attentive staff, the staff's product knowledge and customer service are the best that I have ever seen. We are lucky to have such an outstanding jeweller in our community.

After 2 years I just drove up from Melbourne to pick up my $3900 ring. The lady was rude and not overly friendly. The ring does not look hand made. It looks production pressed. She said Georgie does not make the rings like initially stated, that Georgie has arthritis and my ring was made by another lady whose name sounded asian. All in all a very unpleasant day.But hey, life goes on, far far far away from Merimbula. I wouldn't recommend them. Rude! And possibly deceptive with how they are getting your order made.(None of my comments are RACIST. I was told Georgie was making my ring. And Bega store state Georgie is still making jewellery, just not mine, obviously. The ring looks pressed. Other business owners in Merrimbula can see what I see. Yes the prints sent were for design but not to look so machine made.) Another customer 4 months ago gave a 1 for rudeness so maybe you need to think about how you treat customers), and you accused my over the counter NAB deposit as not being paid into your account for 3 days. You have been quite rude and its unacceptable. I will get the ring assessed by the Jewellers board. It was supposed to be hand made""

Massive fail. Literally the WORST customer service I have ever had. Shame on you, 'Elizabeth' at Merimbula, be assured everyone I speak to will hear about you.

Horrible experience due to a staff member by the name of 'Tamara'.I went into this store the other day to try and swap a pandora charm I had bought in Canberra for something else and when I went into the store the two staff members didn't greet me or even acknowledge me, I had to go up to the counter and ask for help and when I did this one lady in particular (Tamara) was very rude about it and made it as if I was wasting her time. It was not busy in the shop at all as there was me and another couple who were being looked after by another lady and she had time to look after me but still made a fuss about it. After I had chosen the charm I wanted I was reluctant to even swap what I had for it due to the poor service. I was planning on also buying another two of the more expensive charms but I felt like I would waste her time and didn't bother. I was a paying customer and she treated me like a waste of space. I was very upset with the bitterness and lack of customer service. Definitely will never return.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us good options for my mother’s 90th birthday present. They also gift wrapped.
