When I took my bike to Trek Ipswich, I was so pleased with the amazing service they gave and always have given. The team at Trek are so kind and helpful. They are passionate about bikes and they have serviced mine with great quality. It is so good, that it is like-new. I highly recommend Trek, I am so glad I went with them, you will not regret.

One of the best retail experiences I have ever had. Trek Bicycle Mijarua and Trek Bicycle Ipswich went out of their way to assist me in picking the right bike for my needs (beginner road biker) and choosing all the required accessories needed to start my road bike journey. Helpful tasks carried out include relocating bike to the state I had temporary moved to, helping me learn new bike care practices, helping me find the best road local clubs and bike routes around the city and helping me attach a complicated bike rack to my car. Trek Bike has amazing deals. When you purchase a bike, you get all bike accessories 15% off including clothing and a free bike repair within 12 months of purchasing. They also assemble and adjust the bike to fit you perfectly before it leaves the shop. I am proud to call Track Bicycle my retail shop of choice and recommend it to all my bike sporting friends.

Took a different brand gravel bike in store for its first major service. It had a hard life and done over 2500k's on some sketchy tracks and was feeling a bit worn. The attention to detail on the service was next level. After it rode like a new bike. The tech even did the little things free of charge that weren't included in the service. I'd been over eager with the sealant at some point and glued the valves shut on one of the tires. It came back like new.I later binned the bike and took it back in for a look a the bent handle bars. A different bloke did an excellent job and straightened them out again. Refused to charge me for the service.The staff at this store are the reason I will always go back there. I can tell they are all passionate about what they do and give you a personal experience.

I am about to pick up my second bike from the guys at trek Ipswich they are a fantastic group of people that I now see as friends. they give great service no matter if you are a new or regular customer like myself. they are always putting their customers first and I will continue to buy my bikes from them. I have also loved trek as a whole. amazing bikes great customer service and friendly staff all-round.

Had a problem with the rear wheel of my Checkpoint. Daniel organised for a replacement wheel under warranty and swapped the tyre over to the new wheel and got me going again.

The staff were friendly and really helpful by understanding my needs. They walked me through my suitable options while weighing cons and pros while being very encouraging.The week or two after purchasing the bike I took my bike on a 200km touring ride with an 15kg extra weight. After I finished the ride the bike was well worn in. I took the bike into the shop and they did a quick tune up on the spot and finished it with a wash down... Now that is service.

24hour service on ALL makes and models is false advertising. Refused to service my bike because it's UNUSUAL". It would be helpful to know you wouldn't service it before I drove down
