Customer service after the sale can sometimes be challenging, so its refreshing to find that Tradelink Hervey Bay backs their products & pursues warranty claims for their clients. We had an issue with our hose on a Dorf sink mixer tap, spare parts were quite difficult to obtain, however Preeti from Trade link pursued Dorf until they delivered a satisfactory outcome. Pretti Maxwell was extremely helpful in assisting me with the purchase of my bathroom vanity and tall boy. There are many choices to consider and having someone with extensive knowledge of what works , made the process seamless. The wait times for my goods (which were custom made ) was what had been advised. Delivery was prompt and I was kept updated at every stage. Overall an extremely good experience.

I recently 5 months ago purchased and moved to Hervey Bay from interstate.Cut a long story short I can not say thank you enough to Preeti from Tradelink Hervey Bay.Reason being I was in the middle of a major drama due to kitchen sink install not being treated professionally by kitchen install company. I went to Tradelink HB for the very first time where Preeti went above and beyond to assist me with my replacement sink (even thou original sink was not purchased at Tradelink)Preeti was professional, polite and I could not fault her customer service skills but on top of it all she could see I was upset from being let down by other HB business and generally cared and wanted to assist.Today I need to purchase other items for my home and due to my prior Encounter with Preeti’s Tradelink Hervey Bay was my personal choice of preference to purchase from.Thank you so much Preeti it helping me when I really needed it, your business will be my choice of preference moving forward…
