They've helped me when I was 14-16 in a horrible state.And I've gone back there now at age 19 and they are still helping me the best they can.It really does help that you can talk to someone and that they understand and make you realise what the bigger picture is in some situations.Really helps.Thank you to everyone, Scott, Krystal, Kate, Beck, Sarah and Reception Ladies.Thank you

John the intake guy there was absolutely appalling. Kept asking me if I had a certain diagnosis, and I kept saying no, and he repeatedly asked me to the point I became distressed.I believe he was asking me if I had this to automatically disqualify me from the service for being too complicated".At the beginning of the call
