Once again, zero service. Only customer in the store, 2 staff, very poor once again. What does it take to get service? Maybe they should have a self service set up.

Placed an order, was assured upon placing order that it would arrive 5 business days - on day 8 I’m still awaiting any form of Communication from the store - I understand things come up and things don’t arrive on time however I do expect communication especially when spending $900 on furniture upfront.I’m disappointed in this store and their level of communication and commitment to their customers.
