I've been going to see Craig and the crew for many years. At one stage we had 4 cars. They do our servicing and any other work as needed. I've never had any issues with anything they've done. It's all explained and written up very clearly. I've only ever broken down once and I had it towed straight to them. They just fixed an oxygen sensor on my wife's Ford at less than half the price of Ford, and using a genuine sensor. Rockingham Automasters, thank you!

Craig and his team are reliable honest and punctual during my car repair process craig always kept communication and kept my stress levels down after a major repair the process was easy and I couldn't be happier to know that my car is now safe and secure for myself and young family my babies are now safe and its all thanks to craig and his team you guys are legends and will always be our trusted mechanics for our now cars and any future cars we couldn't thank you guys enough for what you have done for us you're all truely amazing

They managed to fit me in when car broke down and had to be towed. Communication all the way through was great, and I love the video they use when doing a service run through. Will definitely be using them again.

Been a customer of this auto masters for many years now and they always have fantastic servicing prices, great customer service ( very helpful and friendly ) and they always try to go above and beyond to help fix a problem. They’ve even helped with my jerry cans.Will continue to return.

Untrustworthy mechanics trying to rip me off. Took it in for a service 6 months ago said my battery failed their test. battery was only a year old so took it to a mate who works at beaurepaires and got battery tested infront of me. Had 96% battery life and in great condition. Took it to autobahn this week for service and they also said my battery was fine to back this up even more. Sick of mechanics taking advantage of people. Unacceptable and needs to be called out

Great customer service. Went to get led lights put into my car but due to my car wiring I couldn’t get i put in and after that they still did not charge me any labour fees.

Honestly, the most cliche dodgy mechanic shop you can imagine. More interested in customer turnover (literally) than satisfaction. From start to finish they didn't know what they were doing and relied on BS to get through. Even when I caught them out in their Les they backpedal and deny. This is why these companies have such bad reputation.

Do not bring your car here! !!We bought our car here because we couldn't get 4 Low . We were told no problem we can fix for $2,200After 2 weeks and lots of promises by Craig the owner ,the 4low was still not fixed but Craig said the bill was now $3,700.Craig would not release the car unless paid in full despite numerous attempts to negotiate.We are now out of pocket $3,700 And not one single thing is fixed..Consumer protection is now dealing with the case.Please save yourself the pain and don't bring your car here....
