My pet received excellent care from the vet and staff at Hartley Valley Vets, my issue was with the Director Bronwyn De Losa who when I questioned the bill which was $250 more than the agreed quoted amount confronted me in an aggressive and arrogant manner (I work in customer service and would never speak to a guest this way) and without consulting the vet re: the invoice went ahead and overcharged me. The amount was then refunded when a mistake was found on the invoice. No apology was received from Bronwyn whose behaviour was very unprofessional.
