DJ Personal Training
I have been training with Desiree for 1.5 years, every week no matter rain or shine.I started off with no gym experience, no idea how to use the equipment and was scared to go to the weights area. It was summer and I wanted a good body shape to hit the beach. I approached Desiree for help, she is very motivated, responds very quickly and tailored an exercise and food/nutrient program for me. She monitors my food intake, assess my fitness level, teaches and corrects me on different exercise. My goal was achieved in 3 months with weight loss and more toned up body. After that, I continue to train with her, setting up more challenging goals, eg more defined body, running competition. Even during covid lockdown, Desiree would find creative ways to get me to exercise, to make every session different and not boring at all. She also creates achievable fitness program for me knowing I have a busy 9-6pm work schedule. She has helped me to develop a good habit in weight training, also cardio exercise, which helped me to become more confident in life and physically stronger in different sport events. I still train with her week now, to explore more in fitness and get a healthy body, also to become a better self.
