Can't get any help from the Customer Care Manager, never returns calls. Our details were supposed to be updated and over 3 months later still haven't been updated. Absolutely useless at getting any help!! Don't use these people sting you for nearly $900 a month to do absolutely nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To be fair, Kincare has great reviews from employers in NSW and is quite established as a company in New South Wales. But as a former employee of the Victoria branch, I have to say the Victorian branch of Kincare is disorganised and prefers cost cutting over patient and staff safety.From a nurse's perspective, there is not enough safety procedures set in place to perform quality care and to ensure safety, which was the reason I left the company, I would rather the patients be safe. The management is clueless and does not even provide adequate nursing equipment to its home care nurses i.e. asking a nurse to perform a urinary catheterisation with just a few selections of catheters while the client may have completely different medical needs. Nurses are also expected to work with their own mobile phones, which means patient and client details will end up on staff's personal mobiles or in their emails.The company's rostering ability to provide healthcare assistant staffing were so poor that at times, some patients would not even get a single visit during the week or missed visitations.The biggest red flag to me was as a nurse, being asked to sign papers to determine that the patient's homes were safe for healthcare visitation even though such paperwork included checking electrical devices". These are jobs that should be performed by occupational health and safety
