Great service and advice. Helped me sort out a battery for my motorcycle.Gave me tips on how to extend the life, they know there stuff, highly recommend them.They also take used batteries of all types for recycling.

Great service, knowledge and range. The guys couldn't match a price advertised on the Oz charge charger but got close which was awesome. Thankyou.Bought batteries for car and 4wd here. Also provides great small battery choice too.

The interaction my partner and I had with the sales staff at Belconnen Battery World was atrocious. The staff member clearly had a chip on his shoulder and was far from female friendly. Talking over myself and only directing the conversation towards my male companion.As a female trades person. I expected a higher customer service and not to feel like the sales rep was attempting to belittle me and telling my partner to get the vechilce to a mechanic shop, although I am a qualified trades person and had the situation under control. We needed a battery, not a lecture. Also to create further insult the male staff member refused to offer a discount or trade pricing. This is a first for myself, I have never had to show a trade certifite or number to get a discount on automotive products or batteries.I will not be return to this Battery World Store. I highly recommend others to spend money else where. As the behaviour and condescending attitude by the male staff member was disgusting and inappropriate to say the least.

The service was incredible; had battery checked and tested and once confirmed the battery was faulty and still under warranty the battery was replaced - amazing

Excellent service. Called them as battery was playing up and we were able to go straight there. Lovely man who helped us on wednesday 23rd november at 5pm. Very patient, friendly and informative. Highly recommend this place.

I needed 2 new batteries in my 4WD on the day of a big trip, when I realised my old ones were spent. The guys at Battery World Belconnen were super friendly, gave me expert advice and got me back on the road in quick time. I'm grateful for their help and will definitely return in future.
