Bridgestone Service Centre - Alice Springs (Stuart Hwy)

Went here today to get a tpms fitted, what a mistake that was..these guys have no idea, they broke my sensor then lied about it. Scratched my $400 rim, I lost my cool and left, they didn't even have the decency to apologise. AVOID this place....

Great efficient service!Needed a flat repaired yesterday first thing after the long weekend. They were busy - but took it on and had it ready for me in about an hour. Rare service in these busy times! Thanks heaps team - most appreciated!Steve

I had a slow leak in a Tyre. No problems. They attended to my problem straight away. Other places in town were too busy, or so they said. The office lady and staff were more than helpful. Thank you

Has a frustrating and disappointing experience. I needed to get something fixed to pass the rego inspection. I asked them to do it, but they advised I needed a part which they quoted $395. I managed to get it for $115 (new and genuine). I then went back there with the part to get it installed and a rego inspection done, couldn't have been more clear about this. They fitted the part, but not until I saw the invoice did I notice they didn't do the inspection. When asked why they touted something about not having the proper equipment, even through they do rego inspections. At no point did they advise me the couldn't, or had no intention of doing the rego inspection. If I knew this I would have gone somewhere else. $472.5 of labour later I had to go elsewhere to get the rego inspection done. Very disappointing.

Bridgestone came to work and sorted out a flat tyre for me today. It was on my husbands car, he had started a field work day around 6.30am and will finish late this arvo. I got in to work around 8am to find his car leaning sideways. My own day was super busy so when I found out that Bridgestone would come out and sort things out for a minimal fee I jumped at the chance, I mean, who wouldn't want to avoid changing a tyre?! The flat was fixed super quick, I got to all my work commitments and husbando won't be faced with a changing a flat after a long day out bush. Huge thanks for that to the nice bloke from Bridgestone Alice Springs.

This place is great the gentleman couldnt help us enough and certainly knows how to get us back on the road as soon as possible if you have a different size tyre he will get them for you in 3 days everyone else 8 days

Absolute rip off was told alignment was inc and then told machine is broken and can't perform alignment. Apparently not there fault that machine is broken and charged anyway . Owner got aggressive and load . Avoid at all cost

I thought I had a problem with one of my tyres. The tyre shop closest to me couldn’t fit me in for 24 hours. I tried Bridgestone and they slotted me in, removed the wheel, tested it and with no problem detected, put it back on the car. I am ever so grateful for really good service. We were on our way within 30 minutes. Thank you.
