Great service and professional workmanship. Shane and Al did a fantastic job installing the Panasonic split system. They had the unit fully installed and operational in one day, despite the weather stalling them on several occasions The air con works great. Shane through the numerous phone calls before the installation, always took the time to answer my questions. After the installation, time was taken to explain operation and general maintenance of the air con unit.John in the office took the time to explain to me how the unit works and about its manufacturing process. It was a pleasure doing business with Coolectrics. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for an air con installation.

I highly recommend John and his team.After numerous consults and different opinions from other companies,we were impressed with enthusiasm that John showed about finding a solution to a long term cooling/heating problem.This was not an easy task given the design of the house,he thought outside the traditional residential install offering us 2 options totally different to the other companies. The quote itself was in great detail.The install started and finished as planned and they worked tirelessly over 3 days in sometimes extreme heat to complete the install.We received a call every morning keeping us informed of the day ahead and the men cleaned the mess at the end of each day(my wife was impressed).As far as after sales service goes, I have to say I wasn't expecting a text message the very next morning saying what the temperature forecast was for the day and tips on running the unit.The difference for us between the other companies and them was the others quoting for something they thought would work and Coolectrics knowing it would!Like I said Mr Hooker your enthusiasm for what you do needs to be bottled and sold!Also a big thank you to Shane,Ben,Kane,Tyrone and Scotty.Thanks guys....this house feels like home again!

Unreliable; promises not kept; incomplete repairs. I feel dragged on by a disloyal boyfriend/girlfriend who wants to keep me on the side while they pursue other interests. Kept waiting for five months despite contacting them every few weeks.Nevertheless, technicians were courteous and professional.

We had Shane come to our place on a Sunday afternoon, simply because he was to busy to come through the week. Later on, John and Shane returned to offer us their view on a recommended system. I can say that 6 months and one summer later, the installed system performs absolutely brilliant and above and beyond what we expected. You can see the attention to detail taken during the installation and I am glad we took the Coolectrics option over the competitors. I would recommend this company without hesitation. The reverse cycle ducted system we had installed was a considerable financial outlay for us but when it is 40 degrees outside and an easy 24 inside, we think this is money well spent.

As always Great Service from Coolectrics!!These guys run all our proactive as well as reactive maintenance on the 35+ A/C units we have as out motel.When we realised as part of our annual maintenance a number of our A/C units had been quite dust effected over the summer the guys at Coolectrics went out and found as solution for us to get them all operating again at their optimal performance.Thorough cleaning of the indoor unit was required including the internal coil and fan which would ordinarily be a big job.These guys have sources the right skills and equipment to make this job quick, easy and cost effective.Not to mention the results, once cleaned the A/C units were back to looking and working like new. Totally free of all dust, mould or anything else that had built up in there over the years.Coolectrics are our go to guys for anything heating or cooling and will continue to be as we require quick, honest and reliable service to keep our own guests happy!!Thanks to all the team that have work on our property!!
