Jacket had stains & female staff insisted it’s due to colour discolouration. Metal end for the cord was missing & again she said she believed it came off during the agitation/washing process. Cleaned again , stain was removed but the cord is now frayed due to missing metal tube. As a professional you should tie the loose ends before washing again. Upon collection, the male staff said he knows nothing about anything. It’s challenging to support your local if they have negative attitude and holds no accountability for the paid service.

I would give Steve at Rowville Stud Park Dry Cleaners ( in Stud Park Shopping Centre, opposite Commonwealth Bank ) 10 stars if I could!!!I took two dresses to them, one of them being my wedding dress of 15 years, the other, a long red cocktail dress just over a week ago. There seemed to be little hope that the heavy stains and yellowing on my wedding dress could be fully removed. My Brazilian sister - in - law “to be” is marrying my brother this Saturday at our house and had no time to find the right dress on a very limited budget. My wedding dress fits her perfectly. However, I was very anxious that we would not be able get rid of the stains - I need not have worried. Not only are all stains removed, but the dress looks virtually brand new. The beautiful brooch which is permanently attached to the front of the dress is undamaged and I could not be more thrilled! Both dresses look absolutely beautiful!Steve’s professionalism, his honesty with the quote and the result will keep me going back to them! Seriously…they saved the day! Steve is a miracle man!

Sent my wedding dress for dry cleaning. Looks brand new again! Competitive pricing and good service as well. Would recommend and come back for future dry cleaning

Took my wedding dress in to be dry cleaned (cost me $480) and was told would be ready after 3 weeks - 3 weeks later went in and was still hanging up dirty and all they had to say was oh

Remedy: Owner returned from holidays and did offer a remedy to fix the creases and reduce the armpit BO. And he did the remedy. Thank you to the owner, he was understanding.Original Issue:Paid $59 for 3 suits. Small creases everywhere and no basic deodorising near armpits of jacket. All other dry cleaners I've been to do basic deodorising. Shop keeper lady with a negative combative attitude and no offer of remedy. I'll have to go to another dry cleaner to redo the 3 suit jackets with same problems. I didn't have a good first time experience and don't recommend this dry cleaner unless you want low quality quick service.

Lovely people, and did an amazing job dry cleaning my garments and they had great service. Recommended going to Stud Park dry cleaners. Definitely the best dry cleaner in the area! Loved it.
