Very helpful. Fast service. Great Product.I turned up that crazy morning hoping they would deliver that day. They did! I ordered 6 cubic metres of mineral blend turf under lay (around $60 Per cube) because I was laying some Sapphire Buffalo grass the next day. I must have got my calculations off because I needed another 1.5 cubic metres. But they jumped on board and delivered without the extra delivery cost. Awesome.

Have recently ended a 3 year relationship with this company after a rude employee treated me with absolute disrespect. He was rude abrupt and unprofessional. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and now i will never go back.

I ordered several thousand $$$ of Sir Grange Zoysia turf through Gardenscapes for the yard of my newly built home. I recruited some people to help me lay it, hired some equipment to get the job done, and took the day off work. Unfortunately the turf never arrived. When I called them to ask for an ETA, I was told they had forgotten to order it and couldn't deliver it. They put my order through for the following day and told me if I wasn't happy they could just cancel the order. I had to send my workers home and had no one to assist me the following day. I can't recommend this company after such a failure.EDIT: I appreciate the honesty in this response. I do believe that you have taken the matter seriously and hope that there are now failsafes in place to ensure that it won't happen to anyone else in the future. I agree that the mineral underturf was delivered on time earlier in the week, and the order for the turf was for the correct quantity/type when it was eventually sent through to the supplier. I've changed my review to 3☆'s for these reasons.

Weve ordered two cubic metres of salt and pepper stone here and have always been pleased with delivary and staff :) recently also got our chicken and duck feed too! Great Prices
