It's great to find a gym with a trainer who is qualified and experienced in training all kinds of people to reach their own goals, whether you want to get leaner or to reach your athletic potential. Keira has listened to what I am aiming for and has been able to implement a program that accommodates my training as an older athlete and works in with my schedule; she is working on rehabbing my old injuries/deficits as well as developing my strength and mobility. I am also confident taking dietary advice from her as I know Keira has a Masters in Nutrition.

Keira and the Inside Edge team are experts at helping ice sport athletes and the everyday athlete improve performance, and get functionally fit and strong at the same time! Very friendly and approachable atmosphere with state of the art facilities. Keira also has a strong background in nutrition and I appreciate her knowledge in this space. Thanks for your advice and guidance!
