Mecca Maxima Watergardens

Walked in and walked past a staff member at least 4 times. No acknowledgement, greeting, or approach for assistance. I tried to avoid asking her for help to be honest as she looked like she didn’t want to be there. She was happy restocking products, instead of assisting customers. Funny that all the other staff were busy attending customers and she wasn’t. Eventually I had to ask her for help, obviously the only one free. Made me feel awkward and uncomfortable with her blunt answers to my questions. Bought the product and just left.

Thank you to Marisa I think her name is, for recommending me lovely skin care. She was so lovely and attended to all my concerns :)

Always five stars to this place but yesterday I met Jane such a beautiful girl. Thanks for all the help and teaching me the new makeup look for me. I loved our makeup and skin care chat. Can’t wait for our next meeting at Mecca. You are gorgeous. Thanks

I loved how I was acknowledged by the workers as I walked, I was assisted by the store manager I think her name is Marrissa/Melissa? (Sorry if it’s both wrong) She was a sweetheart! I have bad oily skin, she showed me which products (foundation)would be suitable for my skin type, with a reasonable price.She was very bubbly and kind!

Usually I have a good experience coming here. I was with my friends and we went shopping here and the staff were completely rude. They use a tone when being greeted. Three staff kept staring at my friends and I, as if we were stealing. It’s turned me off going to this Mecca store again.

The store manager was soso amazing. She explained all the products in details and took the time to understand my skin type and what I needed (:. She was so lovely hehe

Shout out to Eryn for her professionalism, honesty and kindness to myself and my children. She ensured she listened to the look I wanted for my makeup application and ensured I was happy with it. She was very understanding and a beautiful person to talk to! Thank you again, definitely will be coming back :)

mecca watergardens is one of the most places i always go to and was always my go to shop, i've been there multiple times and will always be greeted with great customer service. I came in to mecca around the afternoon just wearing a hoodie and trackies as it was very cold. No greetings or anything just them looking at me very suspicious. I was standing next to the charlotte tilbury section and all I saw is was 3 workers just straight up looking at me like I was going to steal something I walked to the too faced makeup section and just a min later those same girls were standing in each corner watching me. they followed me around the store for like more than 5mins until a worker came up to me and asked if i needed any assistance with anything I said no thank you I'm fine and then asked me if she could hold onto the products while I shop around ( I only had 2 things in my hand) I said okay no problem. 2 of the workers continued to look at me while shopping until i went to the front counter and paid for my stuff they then had that guilty look as soon as they notice I spent a lot. I can never even walk near the shop again without feeling embarrassed and upset. Just astonish on the fact they never did this to me when I dress up compared to when I'm wearing just a hoodie and trackies. this is not gucci or chanel I don't understand why they judge so quickly :|

I keep forgetting to write a review for this. I always have a wonderful time at mecca watergardens. Fortunately, I am always running to an employee named Angel. Angel is always attentive and has really good insight into the beauty world. I always have a great experience here.

Went to Mecca in the evening on the 16/5/22 and was met with sensational customer service by one of the beautiful skin specialists. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but I so wish I did, as she deserves to be recognised. She was able to answer all my questions in detail with her expert advice. Not only did she know her makeup and skin care to a t but she was also able to recommend products perfectly suited to my needs! She is easily their most lovely staff member.
