Great shop stocking all your automotive requirements and if they don't have in stock can order, manned by polite staff willing to assist with all your needs

I'd give zero stars if I could, These fellas have no idea. They told me drive belts don't have to be an exact size, charging me $60 for one that broke in a few days cause it's the wrong size and unable to get a refund cause it was ordered in. Monies hard enough to find for a single parent without these kinda set backs from ppl who are supposed to know car parts.

Cannot recommend the Albury store anymore, the staff especially one lady in particular went above and beyond to come to our rescue whilst stuck on the side of the highway, not only that but she bought us out water and sandwich’s too, we were so hungry and she truly restored my faith in humanity, without the help we revived from the company we’d have been down a creek without a paddle!

I have been sitting with this for a few days and I think this is something that needs addressing. I as a women, face discrimination because of my gender in the automotive industry and I did not think repco as a company conformed to this but unfortunately I was mistaken. As soon as my partner (male) and I (female) entered the store, the two gentlemen working only addressed him. Even as we walked around the store I was never spoken to. This is not appropriate and anyone who doesn't necessarily look like they know much about the automotive industry should be addressed and welcomed into the store regardless of their age or gender. Very disappointed and won't be using this store again.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful

There's times when you know you are in the right place. I'm sad to have not written this sooner. Had visited Repco in search of coolant for my performance engine. Was very soon greeted by a cheery gentleman called Connor. Me being unsure of what product was best Connor was quickly out in the car park and under the hood. I was impressed with his knowledge and genuine interest that I was looked after. Even having me laughing as he feigned doing a sniff and taste test to be sure. Of course, without the taste test, and proper references used by Connor I was on my way confident in the product and service. Thank you Connor, thank you Repco.
