Quite honestly the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had.Horrible rubbery chips (tasted like undercooked Home Brand oven chips, certainly didn’t taste like fried chips). The shop combined our order in one box, and I don’t think we got the amount of chips we ordered (they should have taken up one box on their own).

Food was okay. The flake was tiny and it was expensive for not much fish. The medium chips were kids size, even though the box on display seemed quite big.I was told my food would be ready in an hour when I placed my order. I almost walked away. I have never come across that type of wait. It was not very busy around so it must have been online orders or uber eats. Unfortunately, it was too late for the kids to wait, they had to eat something else.At least they call you to collect it.

Unfortunately the best fish and chips have become the worst! A change of ownership has definitely changed the quality of the food. Chips and potato cakes are different and taste like cardboard. Fish is half the size. As we are locals and loved coming down and either sitting and eating outside or ordering takeaway it is now not to be! I seem to be not to only one who thinks this as many of our friends who also noticed the changes here are also disappointed. Please Blu Finn go back to quality as is was with Cornell's

Shocking food. Fish and chips might be ok, but the sashimi, tuna roll and chicken curry were disgusting. Stale rice, low quality mushy raw tuna, and above all the chicken was raw. I never ever leave bad reviews, but i felt compelled after that experience. 16 pieces of stale sushi and a raw chicken curry for $64.00 is robbery. DO NOT GO expecting any measurable authentic japanese food.

Don’t listen to all these bad reviews, this place is amazing we eat here every day the owners are super accomodating, the food is delicious and the portions are very generous I can barely finish it most times. 10/10 for me don’t let the bad reviews fool you! Thanks Chef!

Extremely disappointing. Fish was tiny. Calamari was tiny and tastes like rubber and our large chips was hardly enough to feed 3 people. Never coming back. Waste of 40mins and $100

Food was ready within 20 mins. We got takeaway. Best chips I’ve had in yonks, the fish was battered but not oily so I finished it without trouble. Also the best fried dim sim I’ve had in ages. Big serves too. Don’t believe the haters!

Absolutely delicious meal! My friend and I shared a fish n chips pack with calamari rings, potato cakes and prawn strip's, it was so good! There was indoor and outdoor seating, we chose outdoor as the day was just beautiful!
