Anaconda Belrose

They wanted me to pay $70 for a basic bike pump. Back on planet earth, that's 3 hours pay.

Previously positive experiences, but….. wanted to purchase sun glasses today and I couldn’t because the key for the cabinet had been lost. The staff didn’t seem too upset. Not good on both accounts.

Welcoming staff. They say hello when you enter the shop. Good selection of fishing gear, water sport, kayak, walking shoes, tent and camping gear.

My experiences with Belrose, particularly Nathan, Oliver and Stephen have always been outstanding. These guys are knowledgeable and generous with their time informing me before a purchase and most importantly have gone above and beyond post sale for warranty claims. This gear gets expensive and some of the manufacturers can be difficult to deal with but Anaconda Belrose have always been my intermediary and ensured the customer gets treated fairly. It’s really encouraging to know that these guys value their customers and actually do care. Just wanted to write this review to show my appreciation for their customer service. They’ve won me over and I don’t shop anywhere else for adventure gear.

Large store packed full of every imaginable piece of out door gear - it's almost overwhelming. Helpful staff, got what I was after at a good price. It was a struggle not to do a load of impulse buying, but I just managed to restrain myself as I was wandering the store, saying that would be fun, that would be useful....

Thank you to Jack for his excellent, friendly and helpful service when we were in the store on Easter Monday buying kayaks. We wouldn’t have made the $500 purchase without his help. He deserves a pay rise and employee of the year!!!

Belrose staff replaced a recently brought stretcher from West Gosford store after I discovered it was damaged upon getting home. All it took was a check of my mobile number to match it to the original purchase receipt.

10-Jan-2019. I've been to this store twice. I don't remember the first visit that well but I think it was alright. My second visit was pretty good. I only noticed now, but they didn't charge me for the small tube repair kit (see photo with receipt), which is nice of them. The counter employees are friendly. I would like to see at least one employee wandering around the shop so that customers have someone to ask for help. I haven't looked to see how competitive their prices are but otherwise I recommend this store.
