Nice products! It’s a Korean cosmetic store with an amazing aesthetic. Much better than the one in Melbourne Central.

My skin is usually really sensitive and after trying on some makeup at other stores, the skin around my eye stung and turned red. I went to innisfree later on, and one of the staff members quickly spotted my condition within the first few second I stepped in the store. She quickly came over with some soothing eye serum and helped me to put it on. I felt warmth because she wasn’t trying to sell me the products during the process, she just wanted to help me without any intentions.Thank you so much, this will always be one of the best things ever happen to me! Such a friendly staff!! And the products was absolutely awesome. As I said before, my skin is really sensitive, most product doesn’t work. But the products she applied on my eye not only stop the irritation, my eye feels so smooth and hydrated now!

Customer service is on point. They provide you with extensive knowledge and information on all the products. I had a great experience and the lady was patient, informative and sweet.

Always get amazing service here I’ve been to other stores and started making this store my designated one this year as the staff there always makes me feel so welcomeOver Boxing Day I bought the wrong cream from the cherry blossom line (as there were 2 creams) and was anxious to return/exchange it at first however Alex who I think is the Store Manager explained the differences in the creams in a professional and patient manner and swapped it over for me no fuss no pain.Some of the other stores can really make you feel like you committed a crime for returns and exchanges so I’d like to share this positive experience.

First off I want say it was crazy busy today at chadstone however when I visited the chadstone store today I was welcomed by the friendly and knowledgeable teamAlthough their store was full they took the time to make sure I was looked after.In particular the store manager Alex who very generously gave us extra samples as we were a group so we could sample the lovely products we have yet to try!Have been to innisfree a few times and never been disappointed!
