Great bikes good service no delays in receiving parts

First time customer as its out of my area, stopped in after work to check out a few bikes. Walked out of there with a 1290 Super Duke thanks to Harley. Will be back there again for any equipment and servicing regardless of the travel. Lovely service

Went in looking for some new gear for my young bloke. The staff there were very helpful and gave me a variety of different options and helped me narrow down what I was looking for. Excellent advice and in depth product knowledge across different ranges.Highly recommended!

WHERE do I start.The lady at administration was fantastic in getting my new motorbike registered.The young fellow behind the counter help me get a great set of boots and a helmet.And oh what a shop.Bloody huge with a great range of everything.Thanks to you all.

Have had issues with them on two separate occasions.I ordered a front tyre for my motorbike and was told they would have it in roughly 2 weeks. Took 6 months. Talked to multiple staff members and only one decided to chase it up for me. No discount at all due to the wait and the fact I had to ride to work on a tyre that had it's wire showing.The second time I called them on a Monday to order 2 new sprockets and a chain. Was told they had them in stock and they would put them aside. My chain snapped the next day so I took my bike in to get them fitted. They put a different chain on, which cost me an extra $70, and the chain they put on was not the correct one for my bike. They also said that my back brake pads were almost metal on metal and replaced those with the most expensive ones they had. Pretty much milked what they could and costing me an extra $200 which I didn't have, so I had to borrow money from a friend.Absolutely disgusting considering the rising costs of everything.

I had a very good experience at Hunter Valley Motorsports. Harley and Ezrael was a great help and really made me feel comfortable with what I was after. Will definitely be coming back.
