Barwon water sent staff out to my property due to having an easement.The staff they sent out made An absolute mess of my property causing damage with no care or compassion.When finished, they drained a liquid in my driveway which left a large stain in my driveway and onto the road. They then refused to take accountability and clean up the stain because my neighbours properties had stains in front of them on the road.

On Saturday night, after an out of control car drove through my front yard breaking the water pipe, a Barwon Water staff member attended within 3/4hr, turned off water and very kindly went and collected some bottled water for me so I would at least have something to drink in the morning. Thanks for excellent emergency service.

Apparently someone drove on my vacant lot and damage the water meter. Only installed the day before or so. installation didnt even have a stick show where it was. Barwon water called to talk, rudest person in a while. Just the it's your problem

I left a previous bad review about payment system and setting up an online account. It has mostly been fixed, and looks great now.I'd give 5 stars if I could set it up to automatically pay bills from my credit card.

I am trying to save barwon water and people of Geelong millions and millions of litres of water running down the drain. I have contacted barwon water on the appropriate numbers just to be told it's on a fire service and it is the landlord's responsibility to fix it" The problem is before the meter so they are not being charged.At a cost of $2.25 per one thousand litres and the hole putting out about tens of thousands of litres a day and been leaking for over 10 months to all barwon water consumer's that's over $500

We rang gwb got a lovely lady who processed our leaking tap problem at the front meter area of our property and made out a work order late that arvo early next morning we had the guys out the front fixing the leak - very prompt and all very courteous thankyou
