Absolutely do not recommend, had an appointment to ask if the medication I was on was causing my nausea or possibly something else? Got told to go home and try and eat and push through it. No help to remedy the situation whatsoever, got given better advice by the chemist than by the doctor.

Dr Samarasena. Very rude. Refused to give me my script that I have been taking for the past 11 years because she saw no clincal reason it helps me with migraines. Then she tells me she does not have to accept new paitents. Waste of time reception bookingthe appontment for me. Been going for 8 years. Will not be back.

Dr indu is rude, doesn't listen, couldn't he bothered to look for a solution to your problem, she just tells you there is nothing wrong or you would keep taking the prescribed medication over and over even though it does not help! She has no idea what she is doing and should not be a doctor or even a school nurse!

Absolutely ridiculous. Attempted to book in to see a GP (for a referral to an IVF doctor) and was told that they weren't accepting new patients and I hadn't been there before, I would have to seek elsewhere. So now I'm forced to drive a minimum hour round trip to go to the nearest GP as well as pay for it as they don't do bulk billing.Also, my wife required an updated referral for the same IVF doctor and the GP she saw here refused to give her one despite the fact that we were ALREADY GOING THROUGH THE IVF because she didn't have my wife's medical history.Absolute waste of time and effort, not to mention space.

This practice is dangerous to attend, and they attempt to cover up for what are fundamental mistakes.A report was made about one of their doctors, following this up over 21 days later from the initial email they attempted to claim the doctor does not work there anymore despite the fact that the doctor in question is still listed by the practice and their own LinkedIn profile.This practice appears to be in the habit of employing medical professionals who do not seem to understand the fundamental concept of evidence-based practice. And although responding past an acceptable to time period, they seem to prefer to behave and communicate without respect or acceptable reverence for their place in the community. The doctor in question and practice need to review their place in the medical services field and seriously correct their dispicable behaviour.Avoid this practice at all costs please.

I will never go back to this practice. In a twelve month period discussing my mental health concerns with my doctor, only one record listed on my medical records! This doctor has left the practice so I had to see another doctor-she didn't believe the distress I was in and implied it was just mind over matter!

The reception staff were friendly and professional, the doctor was lovely and the nurse did a great job. It's really amazing that a bulk-billing clinic can provide such great service. Really couldn't have been better - I'm so appreciative.

Needed my script renewed in December and was told my Doctor was on holidays and the earliest they could fit me in was a week away. Fair enough. Rang on the day to be told I actually didn't have an appointment and I'd now have to wait until the new year. I said I can't go without my medication that long and can they just do a phone consult. They put me on hold then told me it might be easiest to call around and find another GP and have my records transferred. I asked to speak to the practise manager and then suddenly they found a phone appointment. Was called, the conversation lasted less than 50 seconds and they gave me a one month prescription to last through Christmas.Called first thing in January to book an appointment and was told I had to wait nearly 2 weeks. Fair enough, they're busy, so I waited. On the morning of my appointment I got a text to call and was told my doctor called in sick, and might not actually ever come back, and that if I wanted I could find another GP and transfer my records (getting paranoid at this point that they want me gone even though I've been nothing but polite). I said, can't I just see another doctor? Seemingly that was inconvenient but I was booked in for a few days later.Waited the few days and went in and they churned me through in about 60 seconds. No explanation as to where my usual doctor was, if he was coming back, if somebody else was taking over - just stick your arm in this thing to do blood pressure, print a page, bye.Just cold, disinterested service that made me feel like I was cattle class. Need to find another GP now.

Definitely need a 0 option. This is 1 star too many. Dr Indu Samarasena You are a very rude person who doesn’t have the manners to be dealing with people. You don’t want to listen to any concerns your patients have. Try another career path doctoring is NOT for you!!
