Hi Tech Diesel Injection

I have been taking my cars here for about 8 years for work I need done by a specialist, like Turbo, Fuel pump, injectors Etc. the service is amazing and very professional all the work is always very clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly. i just had injectors done on my car and needed id done ASAP and they fitted me in the next day and now the 150 Prado is as quiet as when I bought it new.I would suggest anyone with a diesel in Adelaide consider taking it here as you wont be disappointed..

I recommend nothing about these absolute rip off scammers!!! Was told we needed a new engine or rebuild. Was told they would do 2 hours of diagnostics and call to have any more approved. I got charged 4 hours with no phone call to approve, then told engine rebuild or replacement was required. Got the car towed home to find the solenoid on the fuel pump was faulty. Car now runs doesn’t miss a beat. So much for specialists. Have made several phone calls since with no apology or offer of any $ back. Off to the ACCC, be warned they are useless, rude and incompetent.

Booked in my car for a service and from start to finish my expectations were exceeded. Excellent customer service, open communication and they found an issue I had with my vehicle which I didn’t know about. Fixed and on my way.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst communication ever between shop and customer plus they had my car for over two weeks to find out myself after calling multiple times that they couldn’t find the fault and their only answer was to keep the car longer until something eventually faultsI still spent $ 2300for the work they did.Would not recommend this shop at all.

Don't go through this place, unless you want to get ripped off. I've never had good customer service here, The lady in charge of the service team comes across very stressed has the worst customer skills , she will talk to you like you're wasting her time. They are not interested in helping you or even talk to you unless you pay her 150 per hour, they just want your money.

Professional, Efficient, Courteous. Our Ovenbusters work van was serviced and back-to-work within hours. Great service from initial inquiry through to work shop and key handover. This was our second service here.

Quoted for a new diesel pump, over $6,000 just for the part which exceeds the value of the car.Found an interstate company to rebuild the pump for $1100 and they pretty much told me to pick my car up and go elsewhere.Standard, unhelpful mechanic attitude which is why they'll never see any of mine, or my friend's cars in their shop again.Not recommended.In response to the 'repsonse' by the owner, perhaps if a mechanic spoke to, and explained any of these things, instead of sandwiching the super professional young lady I spoke to on the phone in between what is a quote technical explanation, to a technically minded customer, the whole thing might have been avoided.But instead, you chose not to speak with me, request that I assume the majority of this new information you've now supplied, pretending that I was informed of any of it (and let's not pretend that the receptionist was expected to relay all that, because that's just not realistic at all) when you're given a bad review on the internet, is just bad business, regardless of how local you are..Communication with your customers is imperative and if you're going to ask your staff to relay difficult and complex mechanical information, then I suggest you provide them adequate training and support while doing so, otherwise you're just fooling yourself.

I highly recommend hi tech dieselI had an issue starting my car which my mechanic had worked to resolve for about a month and was out of solutions. Hi Techs team resolved the issue with great respect for my unusual hours while keeping me up to date with their findings and speedy fix.I will definitely be a returning customer
