Today is the 28th June. Is anyone in charge if the staff here. It's noisy and one girl left the counter to talk to friends that came in. You need a mature staff member here. Terrible atmosphere.

My bacon and egg mcmuffin was fridge cold and tough ... i could not eat it. the hash brown was luke warm at best. this is not the first time either... never again. I do not believe the male serving me did not know of this. attitude as though he was doing me a favour trying to poison me. terrible.

Food is good. But been soooo many times Now that when going to buy chocolate ice cream.s there machine is Broken or they have run out they said They need to get a new one .and get more supplies to for there Customer's

they didnt have the chocolate ice cream working but still had signs on the drive through promoting it. I don't want to sound dramatic but it ruined my day and almost my entire weekend.Staff were nice though.

Have just had the worse service of food from this Mac Donald’s ever never before have I ever received such poor food and gotten our whole order wrongThe young girl was great who took our order she explained back what I had orderedBut we didn’t get the correct burgers in a our family large pack we got burgers we didn’t order the chips weren’t even cook properly and coldI think we actually got someone else’s order when we got home normally I check it but I will not be going back to this Mac Donald’s againWould hope that the other person complains tooHave been trying to call the store and can not get throughVery very disappointedI could even see the young blonde girl in the drive through window was stressing because of all the cars that were in the drive throughWhere are the management team helping these young people get through dinner rush

If I could give 0 I would, sevice was worse then their food. Waiting a minute to be served in the drive through only for them to serve the just-arriving customer. Not only that, after we addressed them with the issue, they proceeded to shower both big Mac's with roughly 3 packs of pepper and make us wait 10 minutes in the waiting bay out of spite. We had the burgers replaced after another visit and some garbage excuses from one of the employees. No care in the world for anyone but themselves, Macca's needs to look into who they hire and stop giving 15/16 year olds the role of manager.

The male night manager is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to at a drive through he’s sassy doesn’t ask what drink you want he doesn’t say you’re good to drive on through or anything. He packed my food and packed it weirdly so the bag ripped when he put it out the window I asked him for another bag he was rude and he gave me a nasty look and scoffed and mumbled something under his breath. I don’t care how late it is just be kind

Bad service. Ordered 3 breakfast meals and 4 hash browns paying $34, when we asked for tomato sauce we were told “we can only give you one packet because we can’t waste any product”. One of orders was a big brekkie burger, which was missing the 2 patties.
