UPDATE: I HAVE CHANGED MY RATING BUT L2FT MY ORIGINAL COMMENT AS I DO FEEL IT KEEPS EVERYONE HONEST - SINCE POSTING THIS REVIEW I HAVE BEEN BACK TO OUR LOCAL PHARMACY A FEW TIMES AND I MUST SAY THERE HAS BEEN A DRAMATIC CHANGE HERE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND ARE NOW QUITE WELCOMING AS YOU ENTER THE STORE. IT HAS BEEN GREAT SEEING SUCH A SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN THE ATORE AINCE MY ORIGINAL REVIEWNot the nicest place to go for prescriptions and advice.Being the new local pharmacy for the area I would like to make it my go to place for our monthly prescriptions but unfortunately I have been here on more than one occasion and they are less than welcoming.On every occasion unfortunately it isn't just one staff member you can place blame on its all.We need a large number of prescriptions filled monthly and would like to keep our business local but unfortunately we will be sticking to our usual pharmacy as the service here is pretty much zilch.Hopefully for their sake they will see the Google ratings and take them on board and improve their customer service and inturn more locals may return to become regulars here.

What excellent service we got this morning from the pharmacist and her assistant. We were able to get our covid boosters. Also, it's so nice and reassuring when you visit a pharmacy and your not feeling 100% to receive a lovely welcome and helpful staff.

Just like to write a good review for Whiteman Edge Pharmacy for going above and beyond. My partner and I are both isolating with covid at the moment and needed a script filled. We were going to send a friend to pick it up but after speaking with them on the phone they offered to deliver it to our home themselves and at no extra cost. Can't thank you enough for your kindness. They even chucked in a few freebie samples which was a lovely touch. Thanks guys :)

To the Directors of St Angelo Unit Trust, please can you look into what is happening at your pharmacy. I have been dispensed incorrect dosage for my medication, rude staff on power trip as well. This is not just me but many other peeps that live in the area. I doubt this would be good for business. Hopefully you can do something about it. Thank you

Really helpful, even though I'd made a mistake in using a product wrong the pharmacist was happy to demonstrate the correct way and replaced the item all without making me feel silly, which I was. Helpful and knowledgeable.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, had to wait while I was the only customer in the store and all three staff were staring at their phones. Then when my script was collected it was dispensed incorrectly AND the sales assistant purposely did not activate my points for a $100 purchase AND I specifically asked if there were points to be collected. Disgraceful service and won’t be going back.
