Generous giving 3 stars. Things sliding down hill here. Woolworths Ashgrove turning to packaged meat only with the recent closure of the inhouse butcher.Visited this week for my weekly shop to find the deli CLOSED at 8pm, 1 hour prior to closing. Great way to lose business.

This is a place to go for groceries shopping here in Ashgrove. Pretty good store and big as well. Almost all the time, the item are fully stuffed.

I don't like this Woolies. The carpark is awful, skinny spaces & you only find height restrictions to the underground part so late you're forced to do a reverse 7 point turn with impatient cars & people all around you. The Woolies itself is small & dirty & pokey. They don't have a full range of stuff & what they do have is old & dusty including fruit & vegetables.

I prefer woolworths over coles. Its nice when they turn off the music sometimes, very relaxing. My only compliants are the shelve stockers at night, they block up the aisles and are constantly in the way. Also I saw on two occasions, the dirty floor mats being used to cover fresh produce at closing time....

Has Lots of fresh options for groceries with most items available clean and organised. Unfortunately this woolies is on the more expensive side compared to other grocery stores nearby definitely able to find products cheaper elsewhere. Lots of parking with lifts and wheelchair access.

The stock levels are poor particularly in meat and some fruit and vegetables. I have seen a better range of Passage to India" products at an IGA in regional NSW. WOOLWORTHS needs to lift its game and meet customer needs and rethink the long term customer needs vs. the immediate bottom line."

This store is well stocked and a nice store to shop at the staff are polite and helpful I don't go much now as we have moved but if out that way I would take a look

I would like to commend Sandra, one of the staff. She was observant enough to notice I was having difficulty locating an item and then left what she was doing, located me and offered assistance. It is rare to find someone in a supermarket who is so customer aware. Thank you.
