Great service great prices highly recommended

My car was serviced in September 2022 at JD Motors. After a month I noticed a vibrating sound, quite annoying, came from the engine, so I took the car back to JD Motors today (7 Oct 2022), for checking.The mechanic told me the sound came from the loose part on top of the engine, I am not sure what it's called, but you can see it from the pictures attached (Picture 1)He said the brace disappeared on the other side, see Picture 2The mechanic said it was an easy fix, so he fixed it, by adding a screw to hold it tight.Seriously??? I found this type of work very unprofessional, and when I confronted the mechanic, he said the brace has disappeared and it wasn't their fault. I told him that I had my car serviced at their place a month ago, and if it had disappeared at the time of service, they should have told me and apparently they didn't notice it disappeared which make me think they don't have quality control and the job was done by unskilled mechanic.This brace doesn't just disappear, and my car is just 4 years old.`I found the service is deteriorating, I have been a loyal customer to them, and this time I am totally disappointed.I suppose this is the end of our relationship, JD Motors.
