Great atmosphere and wonderful hospitality. I had the salt and pepper calamari as a starter and the Guinness pie for my main meal. Absolutely delicious. Bonus that the restaurant has a courtesy bus so we could have a few drinks.

Montville Cafe Bar & Grill
We dined here twice having the beef and Guinness pie and the pork belly. Both meals were very generous and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and the meals brought out promptly. I would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a good hearty meal.

We came here during a week day for dinner without a booking and we only just got a table thankfully (make sure you book!) The food here was delicious but very expensive, their food was smaller portioned but what we ate was very rich and flavourful so it was a positive it was small. The duck was cooked to perfection, and potato croquettes were so yum. Montville Cafe Bar & Grill
We went to this cafe on a wet Mother's Day for lunch. The gentleman (?owner) who greeted me, accommodated my request for a table accessible by wheelchair (for my mother-in-law) with a view. We had a perfect table - with a heater too! The food was very tasty - and they catered well for vegan (gnocchi) and gluten free. A lovely place with a great outlook - we'll definitely come again so we can get to truly appreciate the view!

The service was quick and friendly. I really enjoyed the Wagu beef burger. Good for a late lunch when we found everywhere else had stopped lunch service.Dining options include outside to enjoy the weather and upstairs some tables have a bit if a view.

This family owned and operated restaurant is cozy and nice. Staff are friendly and all foods are great. We’ve enjoyed a wonderful dinner here. Highly recommended!

Montville Cafe Bar & Grill
Spent a weekend near Montville and we always dine here. I ordered a lamb shank where the meat fell off the bone - delicious. My partner ordered the ribs (see photo). NOW this is what I call a man's serve. Biggest meal I've seen and boy did he enjoy it - every last bite. Would also recommend the Lychee Martini - absolutely delicious. Staff / service was fantastic and very friendly.

Montville Cafe Bar & Grill
I've been staying in Montville for a couple of days Respite on my own. The pub has been my go to for a great feed and conversation from the staff when they aren't too busy. I love it and will be back again soon .
