My daughter went to get helium party balloons for her 18th yesterday and they sort of insinuated she stole them. They had in stocks but not on the shelves. Since she couldnt find them there she went over to Big W to buy earlier. She showed her receipt from Big W. This is ok except it could have been handled better.But my grouse is this. While they were filling the balloons, they spoke disparagingly about her in mandarin. My daughter speaks mandarin but refused to let them know. And guess what, those balloons flopped down during the night. Rude customer service hey. And totally disrespectful. Appreciate improving your manners towards your customers please...to all of them.

Opened 20 minutes late. Prices aren't honest. Product said $4.50 and receipt says $4.99, isn't much but when your bulk buying it adds up.

I never write any reviews this bad . This is my first ever bad experience with the shopkeepers .Very rude staff I have ever come across so far here in Canberra or anywhere in the world for that matter. Never gonna go back to them and also do not recommend it. Items might be good but definitely not the staff. Giving one star as there is no 0 option available .they say they don’t do refunds which is ok . The receipt says they do exchange within seven days when the item is in good condition and not used with the receipt. When pointed that when I want to exchange within minutes of buying something they say don’t do refunds which I was not asking for and they kept arguing I was wrong and finally said they don’t want to exchange and took away my items which want to exchange with . Such a rude staff and no respect for customers.

Customer service is very rude, they are never keen to help the customer. I visited the store today too, couple of weeks ago I bought the big wall clock as present, and my friend advise me few days ago that the clock doesn't work, I told the staff but they were like we can’t do anything, if they can’t do anything why my are they selling the damage product?? Very unhappy with service. 3 of them were making faces on the counter and using their phone to ignore me.

The only place in Gungahlin that sells merch with the Australian flag on it! Unlike the rest of the shops that pander to the woke communist libtard community that want to erase Australia day. Definitely spending a lot more money here from now on.

Good range, no staff

I normally don’t write bad reviews but my experience today was so horrible that I left feeling disrespected and wronged. Right after paying for my items, I realised that a collapsible bucket I purchased was faulty and immediately told the lady at the counter. Initially she refused to accept that there was anything wrong with the bucket but upon my insistence (and pointing out the glaring physical defect), she said I could exchange the bucket for another one.Before going to get a different bucket, I decided to try opening and closing the initial collapsible bucket one more time. The lady then unexpectedly snapped at me to STOP and that I was allegedly “breaking” their bucket by using too much force. This was untrue as I did no such thing. However she continued to aggressively yell at me that I was in the wrong. How is this ok?Shaken by the experience, I told her that this was not my first time opening a bucket. But her sour and judgemental attitude was so hurtful that I told her to just keep the bucket and I just left the shop. The price I paid for the bucket was not worth getting slandered and unjustly accused for.
