Sara is an absolute gem!! Had an issue an osteopath couldn't fix and in just one session at Myo Body Soul, the issue had literally disappeared. The studio is clean and Sara is inviting and always able to get the best out of her sessions for you!

Sara at Myo Body Soul is an amazing myotherapist. Very knowledgeable about how the body works, how to tackle injuries or deal with everyday niggles. She has a beautiful energy and has helped me immensely gaining more movement and mobility. Her massages are bliss and great value for money. Love your work Sara!

I had tried so many types of massage but when I discovered Sarah many years ago now, I knew she was the one for me. Sarah is exceptionally talented, caring and compassionate. She is quite simply the best and I cannot recommend her highly enough!!

Sara has consistently provided me with 5 star holistic treatments. She's fixed foot pain, knee pain, rib pain and back/shoulder pain. I leave each treatment on cloud 9, my body is always very happy after a session. Highly highly recommended.

I absolutely loved feeling like a human burrito, warm and wrapped up in different ways in Sara’s big blankets! Sara’s massage was grounding, with present and intentional touch, and steadily paced. I’m definitely returning and I highly recommend her massage.
