This one star is for Craig's lack of phone skills, I felt like I was wasting his time asking if something was in stock and he got of line before I had finished talking, I've bought from this store a few times and the staff there were good. The item I was asking for is in stock at another store!

Recently purchased a new brand of cordless tools from Gus and the team.Customer service was above and beyond, and product knowledge is second to none.I noticed that when other customers came into the store, most were known by name, and the staff really do care about what they do.I highly recommend anyone looking for new tools or top service and support, go in and see these guys, also ask for Gus, he’s a champion!
