A pump/waterswitch combination was replaced while I was not at home. When I checked to see if the new sustem was working, it appeared not to be. I contacted the business and they had two people attend the next day and all isues were resolved. I won't hesitate to use this business again.

Caleb arrived within the hour as advised and he was polite and respectful from the beginning. Listened to me describe the problems we had, had a look and went to get the appropriate parts required. Said he would be back with 25 mins, was actually back within 15. Job was done quickly but properly. Once he was finished he cleaned up, asked me if everything was cleaned up enough. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. I will definitely recommend O'Brien Plumbing and will use them again if required.
