The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. This is where we take our garden appliances to get a service and fix, one may have to wait for a 5-6 day turn around, but that just shows how popular and good at what they do!!

Very bad experience. I bought a whipper snipper with 5 years warranty. The next day, it had starting problems. They said it had a tuning problem as it was new and that it wouldn't happen again. After 6 months, the same thing happened. They charged a service fee and said that tuning was not a part of the warranty. Not even worth for one year. If it had been from Bunnings, they would have replaced it. Otherwise, what is the use of warranty?

Fantastic fast service, was told 5 days till repair, not even 3 hours after dropping it was it was ready to collect!! Fast, friendly and well priced service. My mower is like new.
