It’s been over 6 months since I’ve attended but the sour taste in poor service this place left on me is not forgotten. They did not bother to fill out my service log book at all, just stamped it and left all the fields blank. Nor did they give me a run down when I picked up the car.The owner acted aloof/ignored me both times I’ve attended and didn’t care to respond to any questions, and from my observations he certainly treats his White customers very differently. Did not make me feel welcome at all, sub-par service.

Nice behaviour, no problem there.a lot price solution: they gave me a bill of $450 without informing me just for the time they spent on it, I didn't understand why. They are professional in this line, if they don't know the problem they should tell instead of taking 3 days.Not good enough knowledge, they kept my mazda2 for 3 days for small electrical problem.Also, When I got car back, it was dirtier compare to what i gave them. I did not expect them to clean the car but they made it dirtier then it was earlier. Shoe prints were all over the back seat.

On the phone Bob was quite friendly, but when I actually went in to get my safety check done, whoever was there was very rude. As it was taking half an hour, I came back after shopping, and I noticed that the carwash voucher I had purchased which was inside the glove box was gone. Not sure who examined my car, but whoever it was the staffs aren't well educated on those matters. This is how they lose another customer.

Went early at 8am. No other customers around. The two elderly gentlemen pretty much ignored me so I went up and said Hi. The guy then continues to walk away with his back to me and ignoring me saying he can't hear me and then turns around and says I can't hear u because when ur talking to the person you should face the person" Umm WTH?! I was so shocked at the outright rude behaviour and lack of customer service that I left and went to the Epping Autocare where they actually know how to deal with customers. Trust the other bad reviews. They're awful!"

The owner was incredibly rude, disrespectful and intimidating. The way he treated me as a young woman was seriously nasty and disappointing. In addition to this, he made me wait twice as long as he told me over the phone. I will never be coming back, avoid this place.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Absolutely rude and judgemental business. I rang for a quotation for getting D-bushes for my car and the person accused me, straight up, that i was ringing three businesses( don’t know how that assumption came by) to get quotation. The tone was unfriendly and simply not interested. Even though i am local, i am not interested in your business for sure.

My sister recommended Epping Car Care. I'm very pleased with their service. Bob/ Yifan and team were all professional. Cost was also reasonable. Highly recommend.
