I wasn't able to use this service. They told me my bike might be stolen so it's not worth them going down to pick it up. Made me a bit anxious and I had to use someone else.

I crashed by bike and within 30 mins Craig was there to load the bike up and take it to the repairer / assessors. He even dropped me off at home on the way. I rang the repairer to give them the insurance details, but Craig had already provided the claim / policy information to them.Champion bloke and business.
