Glam Nails

In Melbourne for a visit and chose this salon based on the good reviews. These reviews did not disappoint!! They fitted three of us in calling just 30mins earlier and did a great job. Attention to detail was awesome. Gentle on our hands and did really nice nail art on one of us. Had a mix of SNS and normal polish, and three days later, normal polish looks immaculate still. Appointment already booked for my next trip!

Consistently amazing! I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and I haven't been anywhere with the level of attention to detail and care. The owner is amazing, she wants to make sure everyone walks out loving their nails. Tiffany does my nails and she is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.If I could give 6 stars I would.Updating for 2023, and I'm still a happy customer. I won't go anywhere else.

I came here yesterday as a walk in customer. was after a take sns off-manicure-sns (natural nails) service. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. However, I felt that the lovely lady who did my nails was rushing in getting the job done so she can sign off on time. I came around 4:30-4:45pm, and they close at 6pm. I ended up having 3 visually wounded cuticles on my left and 2 non-visible(but i can feel it!) on my right . I felt the wounds when she was taking the dry skin off; it was cut too much & too deep; then when she started using the nail drilling/buffing kit, it just got worse. My wounds kept getting poked and she keeps mistakenly slipping the nail drill causing shock & more pain in all my cuticles. I expressed how painful it was for me but she did not seem bothered at all and continued on with her speed and way - although she tried doing it a little bit gently on the wounded part at times but ended up going back to her usual way of doing it. The staff are kind & lovely but it was a very uncomfortable and painful first-time experience.

I have been a regular here for 5 years now. I love all the girls who work here. They are hilarious, fun, kind, friendly and so good at what they do. I saw somebody else post a 3 star review and complain ‘sometimes the girls don’t speak English and it’s unprofessional’. This review is racist, rude and untrue.Glam Nails are the most professional nail salon I know. They always treat me with respect and their ‘English’ is fantastic! We always chat and laugh together and I don’t know how to speak any Vietnamese. They have so many regulars who the girls really care about a lot.I highly recommend Glam Nails. My shellac manicure and art work was amazing! Lasted 3 weeks if not would have been longer before I had to get them redone. Girls were so sweet!

A great business that values their customers, outstanding quality of work and products used. As a man, they make you feel special and appreciated!I highly recommend this business! Very reasonable in price!

Got my nails done here while on holiday.Acrylic was too wet and rushed.Lumps of acrylic under my nails.They look good at a distance but around cuticle is rough as.Wouldn't use this place again.From NZ.

I got a total of 6 wounds from getting SNS. There were marks in between layers and I asked her to fix it but she just said it's nothing. The SNS was so thin it broke a week after and I still paid $60 for it. The staffs were very helpful and friendly but the quality was very very disappointing.Update:Entered the nail salon with the intention of getting my nails redone but the first thing the ladyboss said to me was that she did not like my review and asked why didn't i call her first before leaving a review. Yes, that was back in the end of July when i got my nails done and i simply was too busy to go back for a redo. It still does not change the fact that I had SIX wounds and not great at all quality. Aggressive and disgusting behavior refusing to refund and trying to convince everyone around in the store that i was wrong to ask for a refund when the quality of service was not satisfactory. Horrible customer experience, twisting my words bc she believes her staff more than her customer's experience. I had 3 wounds on one hand already. what's to say for both hands? It wasn't even the refund that got me upset. It's the lack of care for their customer's feelings where me writing a negative review was more important to address than the damage they did to my cuticles and nails. I'd give zero stars if I could.
