Q Stay Accommodation

My family and I stay at Qstay North tower Mantra circle of cavill recently.The apartment was absolutely beautiful clean with enough amenities to last our stay.Location was fantastic, parking spot was a gem .We have such a great time would love to go back again soon.

Prime location, close to shops and restaurants. The Views we had from the room were Amazing, we could not be happier!Only downfall was the Lounge room needed block out curtains, and dishwasher was not great. Dishes would always come out dirty. Therefore would hand wash and with 5 members in my family I was always washing!!Would of been nice to have more than 1x toilet roll in the room and dishwasher tablets..

Arrived last trip to a filthy apartment, carpets had lolly & chocolate wrappers & food on floors, windows were yuk & bathroom glass clearly wasn’t cleaned, did not make me want to use the spa that is for sure! The apartment stunk like a pub, had to have cleaner come in & clean carpets & rugs to get the smell of alcohol & cigarettes to go, next trip broken appliances, which ruined our plans so in turn ruined our holiday, can never get through to the office (spent a total of 3 hours calling reception & after hours number, after hours told me I would be contacted within 15 mins, yet nothing) & rather than be helpful or considerate they will tell you to send a complaint via email that then is ignored. So expect to stay with issues unresolved, terrible service!!Rude, unhelpful, unapologetic, unacceptable!!!

Paid $3200 for a sub penthouse apartment for a week. Dishwasher didn't work, out of the four televisions in the place only one worked with their remote the other 3 were useless as they're not even connected to any digital service nor did their remotes work. Emailed q stay as well as tried to call every number on the piece of paper I was given upon checking in to express these concerns as for the amount of money spent to stay for the week and the service delivered by them was an absolute joke. Your customer service and the way you spoke to us was disgusting to say the least when we finally heard back from you. Only took you a week and us checking out late for you to get in contact. Extremely disappointed. Was supposed to be a week holiday helping a mate get over the loss of his mother

Great service from QStay. They answered all questions within minutes and were very professional. The rooms were amazing and very clean. We stayed their with three families in an apartment and would go back.

Was a most pleasant experience from the time I book the trip with communication forth coming and clear and friendly carrying through with the easy check in and smooth entry and arrival all moving like clockwork . Once in the accomadation I straight away noticed the efforts to make sure the guest was totally catered to and was extremely happy with the premisis itself as it presented well a d had a great energy about it not to mention how spotless and clean it was with attention paid to detail . During my stay lines of contact were kept open if I were to have needed assistance the impression was that nothing would be to much trouble , without being invasive . Checkout was easy and management were happy to allow me a late check-out which really aided in my later flight time home.All In all great job 10 out of 10 keep up the great work I'll be back.

I've stayed in many places on the coast and this place hands down so far is the best.The room was perfect and clean and comfortable enough for 4 people.The kitchen had big fridge and everything needed for cooking and bakingAircon was amazing.The spa was awesome big enough for 2 people.The balcony had awesome views we had city and hinterland viewsThe bed was king size and so comfortableBig tv in bedroom and lounge roomFurniture was very nice.If I had to mention one negative thing it would be that the kitchen only had bread knifes so bit hard to cut a steak

Qstay staff were super friendly the day we arrived to the day we departed. Room was absolutely fantastic with amazing views of the beach. Room was huge and heaps of space to relax and soak in the beauty of surfers paradise. We only had 1 problem as the oven was a complete mess from previous occupants but contacted Qstay and they were more than happy to send around their cleaner to sort it out. Was such a shame to leave such a beautiful location and thanks Qstay for giving us such a memorable and relaxing place to stay. We highly recommend Qstay

The location, cleanliness, and quietness were all perfect except for the reception at first. Every year, I stay with my family on the Gold Coast for several days, and my family asked me to only come here from now on.

Stayed at so many places on the Gold Coast but this has been the best we've stayed at. From ease of booking, contact from the owners to the cleanliness of the room I couldn't fault anything about our stay. And the location is absolutely amazing, it wont disappoint with so many things within walking distance. Will definitely be staying here again.
