Very good customer service. Product range could be better..

Went into the shop last Saturday. Two really helpful ladies especially the older muma pie.Matched my curtains to the existing ones.These girls know curtains, and such beautiful curtains on offer !! Thank you!!

Staff lacking basic customer service skills. Younger sales girl was polite, but lacks product knowledge and couldn't wait to get away. When we approached the counter for further help a bit later after deciding which product we may purchase, older woman at counter was busy with paper work, and it seemed we, the customer, were an inconvenience. Rude language used when we inquired about trailing a couple of curtains which we were happy to pay for to ensure it suited the house.Was condescending and insinuated 14 days policy was not meant to hang curtains for the entire 14 days. C'mon, as a customer, shouldn't I be aware of the exact policy, shouldn't I even ask?Won't be buying from this store for sure. In the age of online shopping, cannot believe that stores would not take some extra effort and train thier staff well. Previous curtains were from Curtain Wonderland, but the next purchase won't be from here. Hope this feedback helps management in improving their service.

Went into store twice in two days and spend a lengthy amount of time undecided about types of curtains We wanted. Had the pleasure of meeting young lady Natalie at the counter who was an absolute pleasure and was more than happy to help with selection and ordering . Thanks Natalie! You are a gem!

Great customer service and in-store experience!

I'm very impressed with the customer service at this store. In particular, Shelley, who has served me twice this week, is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful in my, as yet fruitless, search for curtains. Also, all the staff were most helpful this afternoon when I couldn't find my receipt for the return of some curtains I had purchased earlier in the week and contacted head office to enable a refund. Although I haven't been able to find any suitable curtains in the store - decided to look for material to make my own - I will be returning to CW Loganholme to buy the tracks because of their great service. Thanks girls.

Good place, big range with good specials and made to order if you can't find what you want
